This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Niharika Bhavan Katra. The exact terms that apply to your stay are the terms shown to you at the time of booking.
Free Cancellation
Where a booking is specifically marked as free cancellation, the booking confirmation will clearly show: Free Cancellation Available — subject to the cancellation deadline and booking terms. If the cancellation is requested after the stated deadline, standard cancellation terms apply.
Cancellations Outside the Free Cancellation Window
- Charges may apply depending on the rate, dates and booking channel used.
- Non-refundable and special-rate bookings may not be eligible for a refund.
- Peak-season and group bookings may carry different cancellation deadlines.
Refunds
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time taken to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not promise a full refund for every booking; the refund amount depends on the terms accepted at the time of booking.
No-Show and Early Departure
If you do not arrive on the booked date without informing us, or depart earlier than the booked dates, charges may apply as per the applicable booking terms.
How to Request a Cancellation
Bookings made directly with us can be cancelled by calling or messaging 7581878793. Bookings made through a third-party platform must be cancelled through that platform, and that platform's terms will apply.
Third-Party Pilgrimage Services
Helicopter services, darshan and aarti tickets, transport and other pilgrimage services are provided by independent official or authorized providers. Their cancellation and refund rules apply to those services, not this policy.
