Hotel Booking Terms
A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it to you in writing or by call/WhatsApp, and any required payment or advance has been received. Rates and inclusions are those stated at the time of confirmation.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are communicated at the time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guest Identification
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in, as required by applicable law. We may refuse accommodation where valid identification is not provided.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the specific terms shown for your booking. Refunds, where eligible, are processed to the original payment method.
Payment
Payments are accepted through a secure payment gateway or directly at the property. Before payment, the total amount, room details, stay dates, cancellation policy, refund terms and contact information are displayed. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
Room Availability
Rooms are subject to availability. In rare cases of unavailability due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer an alternative room or a refund of amounts paid for the affected nights.
Guest Responsibilities
- Treat the property, furnishings and other guests with respect.
- Damage to hotel property may be charged to the guest.
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
- Illegal activities and prohibited substances are not permitted on the premises.
Third-Party Pilgrimage Services
Information we share about the yatra, transport, darshan, aarti and helicopter services is provided for guest convenience only. Such services are operated by independent official or authorized providers, and their own terms apply.
Helicopter Service Disclaimer
Helicopter services are operated by authorized service providers. Availability, timings, fares and terms are subject to change. Verify details with the official/authorized provider before payment. Niharika Bhavan Katra is not the helicopter operator unless separately authorized.
Darshan / Aarti Ticket Disclaimer
Ticket availability, timings and eligibility are controlled by the relevant official/authorized authority and may change. We do not guarantee darshan or aarti tickets and do not display ticket availability.

Darshan, Aarti, helicopter services, tickets, timings and availability are subject to the rules and availability of the respective official/authorized authorities.
